A little about the co founders...

Matthew Lerman

I am 16 years old, and I live in Los Angeles, California. In my free time, I love playing basketball and spending time with my family. I’ve discovered that giving back to communities in need and making people smile is something that brings me a great amount of satisfaction in life. Ultimately, I feel that being a co-founder of The Big Assist Foundation gives me the platform to make a strong, positive impact on my community.

Los Angeles,California. I started this charity with 4 of my friends to help bring a light to kids lives. I am very passionate about helping my community, but also less fortunate areas around me. When offered, I immediately grasped this opportunity to become a co-founder of The Big Assist Foundation. Aside from helping others I really enjoy playing volleyball, painting, and going to the beach.

I am 18 years old, I live in Los Angeles, California.  The Big Assist Foundation is near and dear to my heart.  I am extremely grateful to have the opportunity to work for a foundation with a goal to help those in need.  The reward I get from putting a smile on others’ faces is unlike any other.  Outside of my love for charitable work I pride myself on doing well in school.  In addition, I enjoy hanging out with my friends and family, playing sports like football and basketball, playing video games, and rooting for my favorite teams the LA Lakers and LA Dodgers.
